Golden Valley Lodge - Worcester

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the N1 highway and a large shopping mall. I also appreciated the shuttle service that the hotel offered from the casino to the lodge. The hotel facilities were clean and well presented. I particularly enjoyed the food at the restaurants.

Everything was spot on.

We spent Christmas at a hotel near the N1 and found the location to be very convenient for traveling. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes which was nice. Room service was also prompt and efficient.

The room had a strong smell of smoke and we discovered that we had been placed in a smoking room instead of non-smoking. The air conditioning was loud and made noise throughout the night.

the shower could have been cleaner, and there was some hair in it.

You can also take a short walk to the casino for a drink or some food or head to the nearby mall for shopping. the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-appointed bathrooms and amenities provided.

The fittings were solid and showcased the attention to detail that only Sun International knows how to achieve. The nearby mall also added convenience to our stay, making it a great place for travelers along the highway. Despite some challenges mentioned by other guests, we found our room to be a cozy and pleasant overnight stop.

Friendly and helpful staff, warm welcome from receptionist, shuttle service available, good service from staff, smiling faces, good experience with certain staff members.
